DAY 12
DATE: Sunday, September 2, 2012
TIME: 5:01 pm
A. OPENING THOUGHTS/OBSERVATIONS:
I’m away for the Labor Day weekend. No workout as I’m spending time with family.
Reflecting on how the ego complicates things by creating so many different emotions. I see my role in writing this book as using these emotional labels to bring people back to their own sense of Oneness, which some might describe as the state of unconditional Love. It might also be my experiences with labels such as Joy, Peace, or even Enlightenment, but I’m seeing this book as a helpful guide in pointing others back to the emotions that unite them with Source.
Still doing calibrations for today. Starting out with a feeling of pride in my determination to do this program. I’ll start today’s emotional exercises by converting Pride into Courage. Because I'm starting fairly high on the emotional scale, I've only entered one sentence per space.
B. DREAM ENTRY:
A garden gnome came to life as I approached it with suspicion. Even the slightest projection of suspicion made this gnome evil and prone to attack. Once I realized the power I was giving the gnome with my less than loving thoughts, I started projecting love and appreciation. The gnome instantly turned into a spirit guide and expressed love back. This hammers down the notion that any unloving thoughts binds one to a hell, all loving thoughts will free you.
